Cross Border Talents seeks a French & English-speaking Customer Service Representative to support Facebook users remotely from Greece during the summer. You will handle inquiries with empathy, resolve account issues, and ensure a positive user experience while adhering to community standards.

Ideal candidates are empathetic, detail-oriented, and analytical, able to spot trends and contribute to service improvements. Training is provided in a remote-first environment with relocation flexibility.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both French and English.
• Empathy and proactive approach.
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Familiarity with Facebook platform (training provided).

Responsabilités
