Job summary

GIGLIO.COM in France is seeking a Freelance Business Developer to support European expansion and grow partnerships with luxury multi-brand retailers. You will work as an independent professional, integrated with our Boutique community and teams.

The ideal candidate has a proven network in the fashion industry, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel as needed. Fluency in English and French is essential; Italian is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop relationships with luxury multi-brand retailers in France and across Europe.
• Ability to build new connections and expand networks within the fashion industry as a freelance professional or agent.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a structured, results-oriented approach.
• Willingness to travel when required.
• Fluency in English and French; knowledge of Italian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Map European markets, identify promising multi-brand boutiques, and develop a structured expansion plan with a clear pipeline.
• Manage the full partnership process—from outreach to negotiation and agreement signing.
• Support partner onboarding and monitor performance with the Community Store and Merchandising teams to maximise results.
• Maintain market presence by nurturing relationships with retailers, buyers and key stakeholders.
