You will collaborate to train agents, write eval rubrics, debug traces, and stress test, contributing to real-world AI workflows. Prior backend and systems integration experience is valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Experience building for live environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• Attention to detail and ability to provide high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
