Morpho is seeking a Finance Operations professional to own day-to-day treasury, pre-accounting, and reporting across fiat and crypto. You will enable faster, more confident decisions by ensuring accurate books and timely closes.

You will work in a remote-first, France-based environment with flexibility and opportunities to expand crypto-related responsibilities. The role emphasizes end-to-end processes, cross-functional collaboration, and data quality improvements in Finance Ops.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in finance operations, treasury, or pre-accounting in a fast-growing environment.
• Hands-on with external accountants and monthly close routines.
• Proficiency with Pennylane, Cryptio, Notion, and Excel.
• Familiarity with crypto fundamentals; direct crypto or blockchain experience is a plus.
• Meticulous, precise, and rigorous approach to record keeping and reconciliations.

Responsabilités

• Initiate and reconcile fiat and crypto payments using Pennylane, Cryptio, and internal tools to keep operations accurate and on time.
• Track, collect, and organize invoices across vendors and teams to maintain complete, audit-ready records.
• Update monthly pre-accounting in Pennylane and Cryptio to ensure books reflect reality and close on schedule.
• Coordinate with external accountants on monthly, quarterly, and annual closes to deliver clean financial statements.
• Refresh P&L and cash burn reports and simple forecasts to improve visibility for leaders and budget owners.
• Monitor and rebalance cash and token positions across wallets and accounts to meet operational needs and risk guardrails.
• Identify and implement process improvements in payments, tooling, and reporting to increase speed and reduce errors.
