IXO is seeking Financial Forecaster practitioners to evaluate AI-agent work and ensure the right model state, evidence, accounting basis and completed actions are used.

The role emphasizes weekly forecasting, covenant or reporting work, with 5+ years in FP&A or related areas. Remote work is available with competitive hourly rates between $75 and $120. Approx. 40 hours per week; rate and duration to be agreed.

Qualifications

• At least five years in FP&A, financial reporting or related fields.
• Experience with GAAP, non-GAAP and covenant measures.
• Strong reconciling and variance analysis skills across entities/periods.

Responsabilités

• Review compliance and borrowing-base certificates, lender packs and disclosures.
• Inspect and improve task/world designs, prompts and grading gates.
• Explain model coordinates and evidence supporting each result.
