Ecolab Deutschland GmbH in Paris seeks a Field Service Manager for the QSR division to partner with fast-food customers and deliver personal service and sanitation solutions.

You will install and maintain dispensing equipment on customer sites, build trusted relationships, train customers, support tests and complete timely reporting in a multinational environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Technical or Bachelor Degree, or relevant experience.
• 3+ years work experience.
• Willingness to travel (several overnight per week) and desire to be a remote worker.
• Time management – planning and organization.
• Customer oriented.
• Ability to build customers’ trust – integrity.
• Written Communication to create consulting reports for customers.

Responsabilités

• Perform installation and maintenance of dispensing equipment in customer locations
• Develop and enhance customer relationships while providing personal customer service and solutions for their cleaning and sanitation needs.
• Provide training to customers on procedures and products
• Support and run product and program tests
• Completes all required reporting on a timely basis.
