Qualifications

• Must have hands-on EHR/EMR implementation experience and ability to translate clinical workflows into AI training data.
• Strong knowledge of privacy standards (HIPAA) and data security in healthcare environments.

Responsabilités

• Create detailed training data scenarios reflecting common and complex EHR workflows, including patient registration, order entry, medication administration, and discharge planning.
• Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy in interpreting clinical documentation, coding practices (ICD-10, CPT), and billing processes within an EHR context.
• Develop content that highlights best practices for EHR implementation, system optimization, and user training.
• Provide expert insights on data migration challenges, interface development (HL7), and security protocols (HIPAA) related to EHRs.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses regarding specific EHR systems like Epic, Cerner, or Meditech, ensuring technical and functional accuracy.
• Design prompts and evaluation criteria for AI to assess the impact of EHR systems on clinical efficiency and patient safety.
