Videojet Technologies, a Veralto company, seeks a Demand Performance & Analytics Specialist – EMEA. You will own funnel analytics, KPI governance, executive reporting and data quality initiatives across the EMEA Demand Gen activities, transforming complex datasets into actionable insights.

Reporting to the Demand Generation Director – EMEA, you'll work with regional managers, IT and global data teams, shaping reporting standards, dashboards and performance recommendations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in analytics, revenue operations, or BI.
• Advanced experience with Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce Reporting, and Excel.
• Strong understanding of demand generation and lead-to-order processes.

Responsabilités

• Own performance analysis across the complete Lead-to-Order funnel and identify trends, bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Deliver executive reporting, dashboards, and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders across EMEA.
• Define and govern KPIs, reporting standards, and benchmarking methodologies for the region.
• Manage reporting environments (Tableau, Salesforce reporting, Bowler) and drive automation.
