Snowflake is seeking a Technical Architect for our Swiss-based post-sales team. You will design and guide data platform implementations for customers, ensuring scalable, reliable deployments while aligning with customer objectives.

A flexible remote policy is offered, with occasional presence in the Zurich office. You will collaborate with Engineering, Support, Sales and Marketing to deliver best practices, optimise performance, and mentor teams across engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Experience with data platforms and cloud technologies.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of data mesh, data vault, and data governance.
• Experience with Snowflake, Spark, Hadoop, and BI tools.

Responsabilités

• Engage with multiple Snowflake customers.
• Lead technical streams of data platform implementations.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Support, Sales and Marketing.
• Troubleshoot implementations and integrate Snowflake.
• Document issues and drive resolution.
• Contribute to scalability of teams through cross-training.
• Gather feedback to inform new features.
