Job summary

Mindrift is a platform that connects specialists with AI projects. We invite a Data Science AI Trainer to contribute on GenAI initiatives from anywhere as a freelance, remote role.

You will design advanced problem sets, require Python programming, and verify reproducible results using standard data science libraries. Applicants hold a Master's/ PhD in a quantitative field, have 5+ years of hands-on data science experience, and show a strong portfolio.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in a quantitative field with hands-on data science work
• Portfolio of real-world projects/publications showing problem-solving impact
• Proficient in Python for data science (pandas, numpy, scipy, scikit-learn, statsmodels)
• Expert in statistics and ML with practical applications
• Proficient in SQL and data manipulation
• Experience with GenAI (LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, vector databases)
• Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment workflows
• Familiar with TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain
• Advanced English (C1) and ability to learn new methods quickly

Responsibilities

• Design computational data science problems simulating real-world workflows across industries
• Create problems requiring Python programming and standard data science libraries
• Ensure problems are computationally intensive and reproducible
• Develop problems involving reasoning chains in data processing and modeling
• Base problems on real business challenges (analytics, risk, forecasting, optimization)
• Design end-to-end data science pipelines (ingestion to deployment considerations)
• Verify solutions with Python and provide clearly documented answers
