Click&Boat is hiring a Data Product Manager, the first dedicated role of its kind. You will partner with 4 Data Analysts to shape the Data Squad, embedding in the Data team with direct reporting to the VP Product. You will craft strategy and measure impact, moving beyond tickets to high-value outcomes through well-defined roadmaps.

You bring product thinking to data, drive the NAO rollout, and empower analysts with context and prioritization to deliver business impact at scale.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in data-driven product thinking and AI applications.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear data problems and roadmaps.
• Comfort collaborating with analysts and engineers in a squad model.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Data team's backlog and roadmap.
• Lead NAO, the company-wide AI and data assistant rollout and improvements.
• Partner with Data Analysts to ensure high-value, measurable outcomes.
• Challenge stakeholders with clear trade-offs and business context.
