Job summary

Air Apps is looking for a Product Analyst to analyze internal and external products, identify new features, and provide data-driven insights that shape the user experience. You will work with cross-functional teams to interpret product performance and optimize features based on data.

The role is fully onsite at the Lisbon office with relocation support available. You will build reports, run A/B tests, and influence the product roadmap through actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product analytics, BI or related field.
• Strong SQL, Python (or R) for data analysis.
• Experience with analytics tools: Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude.
• Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and statistics.
• Experience with data visualization tools: Tableau, Looker, Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product usage data to identify trends, friction points, and opportunities for improvement.
• Evaluate competitor products to benchmark functionalities and propose innovative solutions.
• Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to enhance product features based on data insights.
• Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to validate new functionalities and improve user engagement.
• Provide actionable insights to support product roadmap decisions.
• Identify and address bottlenecks in user flows and product performance.
