You will handle inquiries in Danish via phone, email, or chat, ensuring accurate information, documenting interactions, and escalating complex cases as needed. The employer offers relocation support and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Danish language required.
• English level at least B2.
• No prior customer service experience required; training provided.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to work with multiple systems.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and work remotely from there.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Danish.
• Provide accurate, timely, and professional support regarding products and services.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction.
