Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Study Manager to join our sponsor-dedicated Clinical FSP team in France. This full-time, work-from-home role will oversee operational and scientific aspects of assigned trials at the local level, ensuring delivery on time and to quality standards.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate site activation, monitor data quality, and manage regulatory activities in line with ICH GCP and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in life science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in clinical research with at least 2 years in project management.
• Knowledge of ICH GCP and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plans and leads day-to-day monitoring activities for the study.
• Oversees country-level commitments and timely data delivery.
• Provides project oversight and leadership for clinical deliverables.
• Leads and supports local start-up staff and regulatory affairs to activate sites.
• Monitors quality and addresses issues with the clinical team.
• Ensures regulatory and end-of-study activities comply with protocol and regulations.
