Intellect delivers a clinically governed mental health programme for enterprise clients in mining and resources, supporting remote and expatriate workforces. The clinician will conduct acute risk assessments, provide individual therapy virtually, and manage end-to-end cases across UK and West Africa, with documentation in French as required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical psychology or counselling.
• Minimum three years in clinical practice with adults.
• Registered clinician with current license to practise remotely.
• Full professional fluency in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Conduct acute risk and welfare assessments in French or English as required.
• Deliver individual counselling and psychotherapy virtually across caseload.
• Write risk assessments, session documentation, and fitness-for-work reports.
• Own each case end to end from referral through closure.
• Assist in developing and maintaining clinical protocols, risk frameworks, and SOPs, including French-language versions.
• Present clinical insights in client review meetings and provide actionable recommendations.
