QUALIFICATIONS include a Master’s in Psychology or related field, 3+ years in psychiatric assessments, and strong communication skills. fluency in English and native-level French required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology or related field.
• MD/DO/ PhD preferred.
• Minimum 3 years administering psychiatric assessments, rating scales, and structured interviews.
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience with psychiatric populations.
• Minimum 3 years administering scales in clinical research trials.
• Experience in CNS trials preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, time management and problem-solving.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all orientation, training, and calibration activities.
• Review case data and prepare for rater discussions with all documents.
• Conduct live interactions to provide feedback on methodology and scoring.
• Complete assigned tasks and rater interactions on schedule.
• Submit all required documentation accurately and on time.
