Woolpert seeks a Site/Civil Project Manager to support Infrastructure Energy projects. The role offers in-person, hybrid, or remote options with some travel to field sites and client offices.

You will lead project teams, manage schedule, scope, and budget, provide civil engineering guidance, and ensure QA/QC and deliverables meet client expectations. Strong communication and technical skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years relevant Engineering, Survey, or Civil Construction Industry experience.
• Strong foundation in site development or site civil design, utilities and permitting.
• Ability to drive technical discussions and QA/QC engineering plans.
• Proactive, client-focused approach with effective communication.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent service.
• Act as primary liaison between clients and project teams; manage schedule, scope, and deliverables.
• Set up projects for success using structured, documented processes and lessons learned.
• Provide civil engineering guidance for rural and urban energy transmission projects.
• Oversee site civil design tasks including grading, stormwater, materials selection.
• Support permitting, utility routing, construction, and project reporting.
