IXO Labs seeks an experienced CAM programmer to develop Fusion 360 toolpaths for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis work across metals and plastics. You will simulate operations to reduce collisions and cycle time, and configure post-processors for Haas and Makera platforms.

This remote engagement requires strong GD&T and documentation skills, a portfolio showing multi-axis capability, and fluency in technical English. You will deliver setup docs, tooling lists and training material, refining programs based on

Qualifications

5+ years hands-on CAM programming with Fusion 360.
Portfolio showing multi-axis strategy and programming ability.
Strong GD&T, DFM and post-processor knowledge with aluminum, stainless steel, titanium and plastics.
Clear technical English, careful documentation and ability to explain CAM techniques.
Courses, tutorials, mentoring or instructional-content experience.

Responsabilités

Create Fusion 360 toolpaths for 3-, 4- and 5-axis work, including complex milling and turning.
Simulate machining to locate collisions and revise strategy to suit tolerance, material and equipment.
Configure and document post-processors for Haas or Makera platforms.
Produce setup sheets, tooling lists and strategy notes, and write practical walkthroughs or training explanations.
Use first-part and inspection feedback to refine programs and explain important changes.
