Vinted Go is seeking a BPO Manager to own the outsourced partner network end-to-end across multiple countries. You will govern vendor relationships, define performance targets, manage budgets, and build a scalable operating framework to drive growth.

• Experience managing outsourced/BPO operations at scale across countries.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end relationships with BPO/agency partners across countries (onboarding, day-to-day management, escalations, offboarding).
• Act as single accountability for BPO performance, replacing fragmented oversight.
• Negotiate and manage contracts, SLAs, and terms with agencies.
• Evaluate, select, and onboard new BPO partners as we scale into new markets.
• Build a standardized operating framework (reporting cadence, WBRs/MBRs, escalation paths).
• Define and track KPIs/SLAs per agency and market (quality, productivity, conversion, adherence).
• Build dashboards to monitor performance across the network.
• Identify underperforming partners and drive corrective action plans.
• Own the BPO budget across all agencies and countries.
