Contentsquare is seeking a Billing Specialist on a 6-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave, starting in October 2026. You will generate invoices, review contracts and POs, and ensure compliance across O2C processes while partnering with Sales, Tax, and Legal.

The role involves month-end close support, data integrity within ERP/CRM, and driving process improvements in a dynamic, global team. Prior SaaS billing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years in Billing, Accounts Receivable, or Order-to-Cash operations.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite, Workday, SAP, Oracle).
• Strong understanding of billing workflows, revenue recognition (IFRS 15/ASC 606), and tax compliance.

Responsabilités

• Draft, validate, and issue customer invoices per contract terms and controls.
• Audit order forms and POs to ensure accurate terms before billing.
• Process credits, cancellations, and billing adjustments; resolve inquiries quickly.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Tax, and Legal on complex deals.
• Maintain clean billing records in ERP/CRM; perform reconciliations.
• Support month-end close and KPI reporting; assist audits.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive automation across O2C.
