Naboo, a growing Global leader in Corporate Events, is seeking a Billing/Invoicing specialist to join the Finance Operations team for the US market. You will ensure accurate invoicing, reconcile quotes, and manage aging items, collaborating with sales and suppliers to optimize processes with AI-driven automation.

Based in a fast-growing remote-friendly environment, you will participate in stepwise interviews with senior leadership and contribute to shaping a finance playbook for the US market

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a Billing / Invoicing role at a tech scale-up.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; French a plus.
• Comfortable working with CRM tools such as HubSpot.

Responsabilités

• Provide clear and concise answers within set SLAs.
• Ensure quote reconciliation and correct final amounts from suppliers.
• Ensure past events are invoiced to clients accurately.
