Pearster is seeking a bilingual Sales Operations Support Specialist to join a project for a leading Canadian fintech company. This 100% remote, full-time role operates on EST business hours and is based in France.

You will manage CRM data, perform data entry and validation, and support daily sales operations while communicating with customers in French and English. Ideal candidates have experience in sales operations or CRM management, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work

What this Journey Looks Like
We are looking for a Bilingual Sales Operations Support Specialist to join a project for a leading Canadian fintech company.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in both French and English (C1/C2) and have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience supporting sales operations and CRM data management.

This is a non-technical role focused on maintaining accurate customer information, reviewing documentation, and supporting day-to-day sales operations related to point-of-sale (POS) services.

What You'll Lead and Build

• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.

• Perform data entry, data validation, and CRM clean-up activities.

• Review customer documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Create and follow up on tickets requesting CRM updates or corrections.

• Contact customers by phone when necessary to verify or clarify information.

• Support daily sales operations and administrative processes.

What You Bring to the Table

• French proficiency: C1 or C2 (Must).

• English proficiency: C1 or C2 (Must).

• Previous experience in sales operations, administrative support, data entry, or CRM management.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Comfortable communicating with customers over the phone in both French and English.

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

• Availability to work full-time during EST business hours (Must).

• Based in France (Must).
