Outlier is seeking contributors to help train autonomous AI agents. This freelance, remote role offers up to $50 per hour and revenue-sharing incentives. You can work flexibly from France and other eligible locations, with payments weekly via multiple methods.

You will contribute by writing evaluation rubrics, debugging traces, and stress testing agents while collaborating with teams training large language models for real-world tasks.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation across services.
• Experience in live, non-mocked environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to provide high-density technical feedback.
