Jobgether SRL is seeking English-speaking contributors to support a global AI trainer network, focusing on language and cultural expertise from France. You will engage in AI training, annotation, evaluation, and prompt creation on flexible remote projects with varying timelines.

Projects range from short assignments to multi-week engagements, with compensation and scope provided upfront. Ideal candidates are curious, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setup.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native English with strong written and reading comprehension.
• Based in Slovenia; remote, digitally delivered projects.
• Comfortable using computers, online platforms, digital tools, and web-based workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies or subtle differences.
• Naturally curious about technology, AI, language, digital content, and emerging AI applications.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and apply project guidelines.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills when evaluating content or AI responses.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a flexible remote environment.
• Ability to manage tasks efficiently and respect project timelines.
• Linguistic, cultural, technical, research, content, or AI-related experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to AI training projects by annotating or labeling text, images, audio, or content per guidelines.
• Evaluate content for quality, relevance, accuracy, and usefulness.
• Create, review, and test prompts to improve AI models.
• Assess linguistic, cultural, contextual, or industry-specific accuracy for diverse audiences.
• Follow project instructions, quality standards, and evaluation criteria with attention to detail.
• Use digital platforms to complete tasks, provide feedback, and meet deadlines.
• Adapt to different project scopes from short tasks to multi-week engagements.
• Review project information and decide on availability based on scope and timeline.
