As part of our team, you will contribute to designing, testing, and optimizing multi-step agent workflows, collaborating with engineers across projects. Prior backend and AI automation experience is valued, with attention to detail and strong feedback skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
