Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular services for data parsing, logic processing, and reporting.
• Experience in live, non-mocked environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to provide high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Write Eval Rubrics for agent evaluation.
• Debug agent traces to identify issues.
• Stress test agent performance under load.
