You will join a team training multi-step, live AI systems, writing evaluation rubrics, debugging traces, and stress testing agents. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in backend engineering or AI automation and a track record of production-grade software.

Formación

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Practical experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
