Job summary

Alignerr is seeking AI Chatbot Testers to engage with cutting-edge AI systems, probe their limits, and provide human feedback guiding improvements. This fully remote, hourly contract role offers 10–40 hours per week with flexible scheduling, no technical background required, and the chance to work with leading AI projects.

You'll hold conversations with chatbots, evaluate responses for usefulness and safety, and submit structured feedback that informs AI development.

Qualifications

• Naturally curious with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication and feedback clarity.
• Able to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Ability to assess AI responses for usefulness, tone, and safety.
• Familiar with chat-based tooling and feedback workflows.

Responsibilities

• Hold conversations with AI chatbots across diverse topics.
• Evaluate responses for helpfulness, accuracy, tone, and safety.
• Identify issues like incorrect info, awkward phrasing, or bias.
• Provide structured, detailed feedback to inform AI improvements.
• Work asynchronously and manage feedback submissions on your schedule.
• Document insights and examples to guide model improvement.
