Job summary

Alignerr is seeking sharp, detail-oriented individuals to evaluate AI-generated outputs and help shape the next generation of intelligent systems. This is a fully remote, hourly contract role with 10–40 hours per week.

No prior AI or technical experience is required—just a keen eye for quality, strong written English, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines across a variety of topics.

Qualifications

• A natural critical thinker with a strong eye for detail.
• Comfortable reading, evaluating, and summarizing written content.
• Reliable and self-motivated — able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• A clear communicator in written English.
• Open to all backgrounds — no AI or technical experience required.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated responses across text, image, and structured data formats for factual accuracy and relevance
• Rate content quality using clear, structured rubrics and evaluation guidelines
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and areas where AI outputs fall short
• Document detailed, constructive feedback to guide model improvement
• Work across a variety of topics and content types — no two days are the same
