Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Production-grade software built with modular separation (data parsing, logic, reporting).
• Experience in live environments with multi-turn system interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to provide technical feedback on complex behavior.
• Nice to have: multi-stage coordination tasks and live-tool integrations.
