You will collaborate with leading AI projects, design evaluation rubrics, and stress test agent workflows to ensure robust performance. Ideal candidates have at least 2+ years in backend engineering or AI automation and can work independently on modular, production-grade systems.

Formación

• 2+ years of hands-on backend engineering experience in AI-related projects.
• Ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular services.
• Experience with live environments and multi-turn interactions.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to provide technical feedback.
