Outlier invites talented developers and AI specialists to join as an OpenClaw Agent Builder. This freelance, remote role pays up to $50 per hour, with weekly payments and flexible hours.

You will help shape autonomous agents by designing, coordinating, and debugging multi‑step workflows in real‑world projects. We welcome engineers with 2+ years of backend experience, a track record of production‑grade software, and strong attention to detail when providing technical feedback on complex systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production‑grade software with modular separation (e.g., distinct services for data parsing, logic processing, and reporting).
• Practical experience building for live, non‑mocked environments and handling multi‑turn system interactions.
• Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, high‑density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
