Qualifications

• 2+ years in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation.
• Experience building for live, non-mocked environments and multi-turn interactions.
• Attention to detail and ability to provide high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Write Eval Rubrics and assess agent outputs.
• Debug agent traces and improve orchestration flow.
• Stress test agent under real-world conditions.
