Qualifications

• Master degree or engineering diploma in Electronics/Microelectronics.
• Knowledge of semiconductors, electronics and electronic components is ideal.
• Experience in reliability of electronic components or product/test engineering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the qualification flow for Silicon and Packages based on product mission profile, developing and debugging hardware/software for reliability; monitor tests; analyze results; write the qualification report.
• Represent the Quality and Reliability department within the technical project team and collaborate with Design, Test Engineers, and Project Manager.
