Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and a technical certificate.
• 6–8 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Experience in high volume manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, manuals, and machine drawings.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance with focus on reliability and productivity.
• Obtain and organize diagrams, manuals, and manufacturer's instructions for maintenance.
• Locate problems by observing equipment and using measurement tools.
• Collaborate to ensure timely work orders and operational machinery.
• Control spare parts ordering, stocking, issuing, and inventorying.
• Develop or refine preventive maintenance tasks and schedules.
• Assist and guide junior maintenance staff.
• Adhere to all plant safety policies.
• Participate in safety, housekeeping, Lean programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
