Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with a technical certificate and 6-8 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, manuals, and machine drawings.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in estimating labor hours and material needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities to improve reliability.
• Gather diagrams and manuals for maintenance work.
• Diagnose issues using instruments and observations.
• Collaborate with maintenance colleagues to complete work orders.
• Control spare parts ordering and inventory.
• Develop preventive maintenance tasks and schedules.
• Support junior maintenance staff.
• Adhere to safety policies and Lean initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
