Could you be the full-time Reliability Data Analyst in Saint-Ouen (near Paris)?
Take on a new challenge and leverage your expertise in data analysis and reliability in a cutting‑edge field. You will work with committed and collaborative teams and contribute directly to improving the service reliability performance of our mobility solutions. On a daily basis, you will work closely with the company’s teams (after‑sales service, engineering, project management, etc.), summarize the reports and service incidents/failures encountered on test trains and at our clients, and will propose continuous improvement actions. You will also be responsible for leading the Train Reliability Data Analysts from a functional point of view and providing regular analysis reports internally (Alstom) and for our clients, while respecting quality standards and defined processes. You will more particularly take care of the statistical analysis of the performance in service reliability of a fleet of vehicles/trains, but also of the management of the CMMS database (reliability part) and coordination with the different stakeholders.
