Job summary

Cisco Isovalent, now part of Cisco, is seeking an experienced Release Manager in Paris to own the end-to-end release process for cloud‑native products.

You will coordinate with product, engineering and support teams to accelerate work, streamline installations, and ensure timely, quality releases using GitHub Actions, Kubernetes and Golang. Collaborate across functions in a global, fast-paced environment to improve automation, reliability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• 6+ years of experience in release management in a software development environment.
• Experience with GitHub Actions, Kubernetes or OpenShift, and a programming/scripting language such as Golang (preferred) or Python.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
• 6+ years of experience in release management or a similar role within a software development environment
• Experienced with GitHub Actions, Kubernetes or OpenShift, and a programming/scripting language such as Golang (preferred) or Python

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience with Golang strongly preferred. Ability to read and comprehend Golang and solve or debug Golang code strongly desired.
• Certifications in Kubernetes, project management, or related fields
• Solid release management experience for cloud service providers is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in diverse team environments
