Overview
ClinChoice is searching for a Regulatory Affairs Consultant – Cosmetics / Commodities for 12 months Contract with possibility of extension to join one of our consumer product clients.
Location : Remote
Responsibilities
- Review and approve promotional materials for regulatory compliance
- Evaluate artworks and packaging to ensure alignment with applicable regulations
- Conduct product claim assessments in accordance with EU and French cosmetic / commodities legislation
- Provide support in responding to health authority queries and inspections
- Collaborate closely with marketing, legal, and regulatory stakeholders
- Stay current with regulatory developments, particularly in France and the EU
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in Regulatory Affairs , preferably in cosmetics and / or commodities sectors
- Strong understanding of EU and French regulations relevant to cosmetics and consumer products
- Demonstrated ability to review and assess artworks, claims, and promotional materials
- Experience supporting regulatory inspections or health authority queries
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Fluent in English ; French proficiency is highly preferred
Preferred Experience
- Background working with multinational companies or cross-regional RA teams.
- Familiarity with EU Cosmetic Regulation (EC) No. 1223 / 2009 and INCI labeling requirements.
- Knowledge of electronic artwork approval systems or promotional material review tools.
- Minimum 5–7 years of relevant Regulatory Affairs experience
- (with at least 2–3 years specifically in cosmetics and / or commodities )
