Job summary

GE Vernova, Villeurbanne (France) or Stafford, UK, is seeking a GSI Region Tender Leader to manage the end-to-end proposal lifecycle for Grid Systems Integration across Europe. You will guide a high-performing team to deliver winning, high-quality, and profitable solutions, collaborating with engineering, project management and sourcing to meet complex customer needs.

Travel to project sites is required, and a hybrid working model is offered between offices and home.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-million-dollar tenders in grid solutions or EPC.
• Ability to lead international teams in a matrix organization.
• Expertise in proposal processes, risk management, and commercial strategy.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead the proposal management team to deliver timely, compliant bids across the entire GSI portfolio.
• Drive the commercial deal strategy in collaboration with account management to maximize win rates and orders.
• Collaborate with internal functions to consolidate complex technical solutions, risk registers and mobilization plans.
• Develop and coach team members to foster a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Create and implement streamlined processes to improve proposal accuracy, efficiency and market responsiveness.
