  • 50% focused on Europe and the remaining 50% on global scope

  • High‑calibre professional with 8 to 10 years of experience in SHE

YOUR MISSION, SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO ACCEPT IT

We are looking for the future Regional SHE Manager to support CPW factories in France, Poland, UK and Turkiye.

In this European role, you will lead the Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) strategy for CPW, ensuring the deployment of group standards, supporting local teams in capability building, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Providing strong SHE leadership and embedding safety as a core value across all sites
  • Deploying CPW and Nestlé SHE standards and tools
  • Supporting local SHE teams and factory leadership in building capabilities and ensuring compliance
  • Promoting best practice sharing and continuous improvement across sites
  • Coordinating internal audits and contributing to major incident analysis and prevention
  • Actively engaging with internal and external stakeholders
ABOUT YOU
  • You have at least 8 to 10 years of experience in SHE leadership, ideally within a Nestlé or CPW industrial environment
  • You have strong knowledge of SHE management systems, auditing, and risk management
  • You are able to influence and coach teams at all levels of the organization
  • You combine strategic thinking with a hands‑on approach
  • You are fluent in English and French
  • You have experience working in an international and matrix environment
