About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Regional Retail Education Manager to join the newly created Retail Education Department, reporting directly to the Head of Global Retail Education. This individual will lead the implementation of our Global Retail Education strategy for both brands in the region, managing relationships with Distributors and their staff, ensuring Excellence in-store execution and acting as a brand ambassador by delivering impactful training, events, and masterclasses. The Regional Retail Education Manager will also provide valuable qualitative and quantitative feedback to the global team, driving continuous improvement across the region. Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively execute the Global Retail Education framework and adapt it to the region’s specific needs, ensuring alignment with the brand’s objectives and market demands.
  • Foster strong, collaborative partnerships with distributors teams and Bas through frequent visits. Provide ongoing support, coaching, and guidance to drive high performance and brand consistency.
  • Oversee the execution of Visual Merchandising (VM), grooming standards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) across retail locations. Monitor performance and ensure that brand guidelines are met with excellence in all stores.
  • Represent the brand as a leading ambassador within the region.
  • Organize and lead training sessions, events, and masterclasses to elevate the brand’s presence and enhance the skills of retail teams.
  • Collect and analyze both qualitative and quantitative feedback from the region, offering insights and recommendations to the global team for continuous improvement in product training, and retail operations.
  • Work closely with the Regional Commercial team to develop a unified strategy for the region and collaborate to ensure its successful execution.
Role - Specific Skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, particularly in working with BAs, distributor teams, and in-store personnel.
  • In-depth understanding of retail performance metrics (e.g., VM, grooming standards, KPIs).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively deliver training and represent the brand during events and meetings.
  • Ability to provide actionable feedback and insights based on both qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Desired Background and Experience
  • At least 5 years’ proven experience in Retail Education, training, or a related field.
  • Experience in the luxury or premium retail sector is a plus.
  • French and English fluency. An additional European language is a plus.
