Regional Marketing Manager (h/f) – France

Hornetsecurity is looking for a motivated Regional Marketing Manager to support our growth in France. You will work closely with our global marketing and sales teams to drive impactful marketing initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape regional strategies while being part of a dynamic, international company.

This full-time hybrid position is available immediately and is based in Hem (Greater Lille Metropolitan Area).

Your Job
  • You are involved in all our marketing operations in France.
  • You work closely with our regional marketing team, sales team, distributors and channel partners to organize, monitor and drive effective regional campaigns.
  • You work closely with other international marketing teams to coordinate campaigns and activities, also often supporting our global efforts as needed.
  • You plan and coordinate events, trade shows, webinars, and other marketing activities.
  • You develop and execute the annual marketing plan for France based on our global goals and marketing objectives.
  • You are responsible for creation and rollout of local marketing campaigns in close alignment with our central marketing department.
  • You track and analyze campaign performance to optimize future initiatives.
  • You manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively.
Your Profile
  • You have a degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of professional experience in the field of IT‑security, cloud solutions or SaaS.
  • You ideally have channel marketing experience.
  • You have strong understanding of the French market with proven experience in local marketing strategies.
  • You possess great organizational skills, with experience managing events and digital campaigns.
  • You tackle things proactively and do tasks today rather than tomorrow.
  • You are a team player and work very well with cross‑functional teams and external agencies.
  • You are fluent in both French and English.
