BSI is seeking an experienced Regional HR Manager-EMEA to lead HR operations across Europe, balancing local employment laws with global policies. You will develop a regional team of HR Generalists and HR Administrators, partner with People Partners and HRIS, and ensure a high-quality employee experience.

You will drive regional HR delivery, payroll oversight, and programme implementation while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and driving continuous improvement across People

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of HR experience, including leadership of HR operations or shared services teams.
  • Proven experience leading and developing multi-country HR teams.
  • Strong understanding of employment law, HR policies, and operational HR best practice.
  • Experience working within a global matrix organisation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability.
  • Experience supporting organisational or operational change initiatives.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across regions.
  • High levels of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
  • Experience working with HCM/HR systems across multiple countries.

  • Manage regional workload planning, prioritisation, and service delivery standards.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex or non-standard HR matters, partnering with specialist teams where appropriate.
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders, managers, and People team colleagues across the region.
  • Support and guide managers on employee lifecycle processes and people-related matters.
  • Drive consistency in HR processes, controls, documentation, and operational standards across the region.
  • Lead the regional implementation of global HR programmes and initiatives, ensuring local relevance and compliance.
  • Maintain oversight of payroll coordination, employee records, and operational HR compliance activities.
  • Monitor trends, risks, and employee insights across the region, providing recommendations and guidance to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across People Operations and ways of working.
  • Support change management activity and help embed new processes, systems, and approaches across the region.

Job Title: Regional HR Manager - EMEA


Location: Europe (Hybrid)


About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Regional HR Manager-EMEA to join BSI’s People team, leading operational HR delivery across a multi-country region. Reporting to the VP People Operations, you will lead and develop a team of HR Generalists and HR Administrators, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality HR support and a positive employee experience across the region. This role combines operational leadership with strategic partnership, balancing local employment requirements with global policies and ways of working. You will work closely with People Partners, Employee Relations, Reward, Talent Acquisition, and HRIS teams to ensure compliant, efficient, and employee-centric people operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a people leader with strong HR operations experience within a complex, international environment.


Key Responsibilities

What we’re looking for

Salary Range

Spain = €50,400 - €63,000


Italy = €50,400 - €63,000


France = €55,600 - €69,500


Germany = €74,400 - €93,000


Poland = PLN 172,000 - PLN 215,000


The advertised salary range reflects the level, scope and responsibilities of the role. Starting salary within that range will be determined based on experience, skills, market considerations and alignment with internal equity principles.
