Aliaxis is seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive Operational Excellence across EMEA manufacturing sites. You will deploy CI methodologies, coach local teams in Lean, lead Kaizen events, and standardize best practices while acting as a change agent and collaborating with functions to lift performance.

The role requires up to 50% travel and a degree in engineering; fluent English is essential. Hybrid work arrangements apply.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical, manufacturing or operations discipline.
• 3-8 years of proven experience in manufacturing and continuous improvement environments.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Green Belt certification is a plus.
• Solid project management and stakeholder management capabilities, and proven experience in leading or supporting improvement projects with measurable business results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent coaching, facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across functions and organizational levels.
• Fluent English is required.
• Additional languages are considered a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support the deployment of Continuous Improvement methodologies and Operational Excellence programs across EMEA manufacturing sites, collaborating with local teams to identify improvement opportunities.
• Coach and support local CI leaders and plant teams in Lean Manufacturing and problem-solving methodologies.
• Facilitate Gemba walks, Kaizen events, 5S initiatives, visual management and standard work implementation.
• Deliver training programs on Continuous Improvement methodologies and capability development.
• Support the execution and sustainability of Lean Manufacturing programs and operational excellence initiatives.
• Track project progress, performance indicators and improvement benefits across EMEA sites.
• Develop and standardize playbooks, methodologies and best practices for regional deployment.
• Lead and support cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People performance.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies.
• Act as a change agent across the EMEA region, driving engagement, adoption and sustainability of Continuous Improvement initiatives and best practices.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Finance and HR teams to drive operational performance improvement.
