CNRS, in collaboration with IRD, seeks a researcher to contribute to the Transform Institute under PEPR TRANSFORM. The successful candidate will conduct theoretical, methodological and empirical research on institutional systems and socio-ecological transformations, guiding reflexive and prospective components and cross-disciplinary teaching.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working in interdisciplinary contexts.
• Experience in Global North and Global South contexts.
• Proficiency in qualitative research methods.
• Strong analytical and scientific writing skills.
• Ability to coordinate networks and facilitate interdisciplinary initiatives.
• Sensitivity to institutional and political dimensions of socio-ecological transformations.

Responsabilités

• Develop theoretical and methodological framework for analysing institutional transformations in relation to socio-ecological systems.
• Design reflexive and prospective tools to document and compare institutional dynamics across experiments.
• Coordinate and structure the Transform Institute and its projects.
• Facilitate spaces for dialogue between theoretical frameworks and research communities.
• Analyse circulation and hybridization in knowledge-production among scientific, artistic and operational communities.
• Produce syntheses and methodological resources from the Institute and the PEPR.
