Job summary

Sinomax USA, Inc. is a global manufacturer and distributor of memory foam products. We are seeking a Warehouse Receiving/Shipping Associate to ensure accurate and timely handling of products in our facility.

You will match products to documentation, use the Warehouse Management System, prepare routine reports, and support safety and compliance in a manufacturing environment. Overtime and weekend work may be required. 50 lb lifts possible.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in a warehouse environment.
• Efficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Receive and prepare products for receiving or shipping.
• Match products to documentation; record in WMS.
• Research discrepancies between products and docs.
• Prepare routine activity reports.
• Respond to information requests about receiving/shipping data.
• Work safely; report unsafe conditions.
• Perform related duties as needed.

Position Summary

Performs all activities related to the accurate and timely receiving of product.

Essential Functions

Prepare products to be received or shipped from warehouse/department.

• Match actual product to associated documentation; record transactions in Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Research and resolve discrepancies between actual product and associated documentation.
• Prepare routine activity reports.
• Respond to internal and external requests for information regarding receiving/shipping data or issues.
• Perform work safely and in accordance with company and customer standards and safety regulations.
• Report any and all unsafe conditions to the appropriate person.
• Perform additional related duties in the department.
• 2-5 years’ experience in a warehouse environment.
• Efficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and Word.
• Work experience within a manufacturing environment preferred
• Willing to work overtime, longer days, and some weekends if required
• Must be able to lift heavy product or raw materials up to 50 pounds multiple times per hour (heavy loads must be team-lifted)
• Work is performed in a sometimes hot, cold, humid, noisy, industrial environment, and around dust, oil, grease chemicals, and other substances.
