The role drives end-to-end RWE studies across immunology, diabetes, and transplant medicine, partnering with strategy leads to demonstrate value for regulatory and market access while ensuring scientific rigor.

You will lead design, data sourcing, analysis, and reporting, collaborating with internal and external experts, managing budgets, and contributing to strategic evidence plans.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in pharmaco-epidemiology, biostatistics, or Health Outcomes.
• Minimum 7 years in real-world evidence (RWE) generation for pharmaceutical industry with end-to-end leadership experience.
• Strong publication track record in relevant journals.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Real-World Evidence Strategy Leads to deliver RWE value for registration, pre-launch and peri-launch activities across therapeutic areas.
• Manage end-to-end planning, execution and communication of RWE studies within budget and quality constraints.
• Provide strategic scientific input from study conception to study closure, including design, analysis, and clinical study reports.
