Job summary

Corsica Sole is seeking a Real-Time Operations Leader to monitor its PV and BESS assets across France, Belgium, Estonia, and Réunion Island, ensuring rapid fault detection and high plant availability. You will oversee the control room’s organization, tools, and procedures, coordinate with TSOs, DSOs, and service providers, and manage incident response and escalation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
• At least 5 years in operation or control of electrical installations or power facilities.
• Experience in coordinating external service providers and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor PV and BESS assets in real time and detect faults across the portfolio.
• Oversee fault analysis, coordinate incident resolution, and log incidents in the ticketing system.
• Supervise the operations team, schedule shifts, and ensure service continuity.
• Define and monitor KPIs, review incidents, and drive tool and procedure improvements.
