ALB is seeking a proactive area liaison to become the main contact for property owners in your territory. You will identify and onboard new properties for management across apartments, houses, villas, chalets, and unique accommodations, building strong relationships with owners and guests.

You will run your portfolio as your own business, coordinating cleaning and maintenance, and maintaining organization with a solid system.

• Persuasive: You can convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their homes.
• Autonomous: You want the freedom to manage your schedule while being supported by a solid organization with proven processes.
• Willingness to learn: Open to learning new systems and processes and adapting to a new field.
